Breast Feeding vs Formula Feeding

Now I'm not going to debate which one is better because I believe that is fed is best. As long as your child is eating and getting bigger it's okay right? Anyway that's my stance on that.
But I'm jealous of breast feeding moms! You don't have to worry about packing bottles and formula in the diaper bag. I mean you only really need one thing... diapers. And of course your boobs. I have to buy 18 dollar cans of formula each week (yes, I buy the store brand). You can just whip out your boob and there ya go, no waiting till the water it warm and mixing the formula and while your crying baby is trying to grab the empty bottle from your hands.

No I'm not complaining, I'm simply jealous.

Leg Day!

Okay so here's the workout I do for leg day. I have a separate butt day which I'll post later. But my workout schedule is as follows

Sunday: Rest Day YAYY
Monday: Leg Day
Tuesday: Abs
Wednesday: Butt Day
Thursday: Abs
Friday: Leg Day
Saturday: whatever I feel like
This is my workout for leg day. It looks easy but the wearing heels makes it super hard. It may sound crazy but this is def a good workout and you can feel the burn.

Quinoa Recipe!

I was hesitant to try this at first because I'd never had quinoa before but this is so good. I watch the Shaytards on Youtube and I got this recipe from them!

Ingredients:
2 cups quinoa rinsed
1 jalapeƱo
4 cloves garlic
3 diced tomatoes
1/2 of an onion, diced
Bunch of cilantro, diced
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of beans, rinsed
1/2 green pepper, chopped

First, rinse the quinoa and add it to 3 cups of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. It's done cooking when all the water is gone. The finished product looks similar to rice.

Next mix all of the vegetables in and then add the quinoa in.

For the sauce:

1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2 limes juiced

Mix all of those ingredients together and pour on top of the mixture and stir in.

And you're finished! This stuff is delicious and certainly healthy. I served it with tortillas and a bit of cheese or you can have it as a dip with tortilla chips.

Hey Guys!

Welcome to my blog((:
Sorry the layout is kinda terrible, I'm still trying to figure everything out.
